About Lewdle

If you're someone who revels in verbal warfare and isn't afraid to showcase your mastery of profanity, then Lewdle is the game for you. This challenging word game combines the thrill of Scrabble with a twist of explicit language, allowing you to demonstrate your word power while leaving no doubt about your potty-mouthed badassery. However, it's important to note that Lewdle is not for the faint of heart or those who are easily embarrassed.

How to play Lewdle

Lewdle comes with a double-sided board, a lexical dictionary, and an instruction booklet designed to make gameplay straightforward for players of all levels of experience. To begin, gather your friends or opponents who share your enthusiasm for profanity and distribute the letter tiles amongst yourselves.

 1. Set Up:

Place the double-sided board in the center of the playing area. Each side of the board represents a different level of profanity intensity, allowing players to choose their preferred level of explicitness. Decide collectively which side to use, or you can alternate between sides for added variety.

 2. Gameplay:

a. The first player starts by forming a word using their tiles on the board. The word must connect with an existing word on the board, much like in Scrabble. However, the twist in Lewdle is that the formed word should include at least one profanity word.

b. Players can build words vertically or horizontally, using the existing tiles on the board as anchors for their word creations. They can also manipulate the words already placed on the board to incorporate new profanity words.

c. As the game progresses, players take turns forming new words and scoring points based on the letter values. The profanity words used contribute to the overall score, making Lewdle a unique word game experience.

 3. Scoring:

The scoring system in Lewdle is similar to Scrabble. Each letter tile has a value, and the score for a word is calculated by summing up the values of all the tiles used. Additionally, incorporating profanity words into your creations may earn you bonus points, depending on the agreed-upon rules and intensity level.
