How to play wheretaken

Main round

You have to guess the nation where the picture was taken in this round.
If you choose poorly, the game will inform you of your location (785km away) and point you in the right route.

Landmark round

From a series of 4 landmarks, identify the one that is in the nation.
Guess the name of the landmark after you have identified the landmark!

Map round

First, identify the nation's capital using the map.
After that, locate the capital on a map!

City round

In the last round, a picture of a city in that nation is displayed to you.
Get a star by correctly guessing the city!

If you guess incorrectly, the game will inform you of your location and display an arrow, for example ➡️, pointing in the direction of the right nation/region.

Stars and Achievements:

You'll receive a star for each round you successfully complete. To obtain all five stars in a single session is the ultimate objective. Gaining stars will allow you to unlock accomplishments that will show off your command of geography around the world. Compete with loved ones, other gamers, or your friends to see who can master a skill the fastest and with the most stars.
